Danielle's Dragons takes on Mud Hero and Tough Mudder!!!

We will be competing in Tough Mudder Half (7 Km) and Mud Hero (6 km) in August. Links will be posted to give background on what these events are. Danielle's story... On March 17th, 2010 our daughter Danielle was diagnosed with a brain cancer called Medulloblastoma. Danielle was only a month shy of her third birthday. Further, this diagnosis came just two weeks after the birth of our second daughter Leah. As you can imagine, the stress of facing the challenge before us was staggering. ​​Thankfully we had help, and lots of it. Organizations like The Ronald McDonald of Hamilton, as well as numerous private donors and fundraisers aided us in immeasurable ways. We were, and are, blessed. We learned that when we focus our energies and efforts, Impossible is Nothing!!! Please help us make a difference in the world for friends, families, and the futures of our fellow Canadians facing the trials and tribulations of diseases like pediatric cancer. ​​All donations go directly to the Ronald McDonald House of Hamilton as we would never think of doing this any differently, nor would we take anything for what we do...as we truly love paying forward the support that we received.
