Jake’s Bowling Social Supporting the RMHC-SWO
I’m raising funds for Ronald McDonald House Southwestern Ontario.

I started this annual fundraiser event back in 2019 and have since ran 3 other events. I chose to start fundraising because when I was three I was sent to the London children’s hospital for second degree burns covering 40% of my body. When in the hospital I was very scared of being on my own but luckily the RMHC-SWO was right next door and ready to help out. They let my family stay there so they wouldn’t have to drive back and forth from our home. The RMHC-SWO also hosted a ginger bread building which really helped me escape and be distracted from what I had going on. Overall the RMHC-SWO helped me so much with recovery and getting through my injury and will forever have a special place in my heart.

Along with this page I will also be running a bowling event with a bake sale and penny raffle at Mikes Lanes in Stratford Ontario on May 5th from 1:00-6:00 if anyone would like to come down and have a great time with friends and family please reach out to me.
