Matrix Holiday Fundraiser

Along with enriching our community, fundraising helps charitable organizations expand their reach and support. Giving back to our community is an integral part of Matrix Logistics' core values, and is why we choose to support local charities such as the RMHC. Why RMHC Calgary?? Ronald McDonald House Charities® Alberta supports families seeking vital medical treatment for their seriously sick or injured child. Their warm, compassionate Houses provide a home-away-from-home for families who need to travel for medical reasons. When those families are experiencing one of life’s most difficult times, RMHC Houses offer them the gift of togetherness. In 2022, Ronald McDonald House Charities® Alberta served over 1,200 families from 296 communities. Despite these successes, RMHC Alberta is currently only able to meet 14% of the total need for their services. Unfortunately, about 9 out of 10 eligible families must currently be turned away simply due to lack of space. In spring 2023, RMHC Alberta began the expansion process to add 60 family suites to each of their Calgary and Edmonton Houses. These additional 120 suites represent thousands of families that will gain access to RMHC Alberta’s comprehensive support networks. This facility expansion is a significant step towards more equitable healthcare access for families across the province that need to travel for pediatric hospital care. Fill in your details and donation amount directly through the secure site. 2. Show your receipt to Leadership or HR and exchange for the equivalent tickets.
