Jillian's 1st Hearing Birthday

In July, 2016 Jillian had surgery to receive her Cochlear Implants at the Children's Hospital in London. On August 17 her new 'ears' were activated and with the help of her amazing AVT, daycare provider and family members who work with her one-on-one, she has come SO far in one short year, reaching most 18 month milestones for language comprehension and speech in only 10 months hearing. We are so proud of her and the determined little girl that she is. While we were fortunate to be in the hospital for only 2 days, we were overwhelmed by the services of RMH. This organization is truly amazing and we cannot even begin to imagine what it means for families with children in the hospital for many months. We want to celebrate Jillian's first hearing birthday by raising some funds for this charity. Any amount is truly appreciated. With thanks, Tyler, Sarah, Luke & Jillian :)
