Over the last month my family has gone through a game changer with my dad. He has been in Edmonton hospital since August 21. Although he is not a kid and we are not using Ronald McDonald House, I understand the added stress of having to drive out of province. While scrolling through Instagram, an add for RMHC came up with the idea to pledge your birthday money. What a fantastic idea. Starting September 19, my birthday, for one week until September 26, I am taking all birthday money and accepting pledges to donate to RMHC. I hope to help even just one family by lessening their burden of accommodations and travel.
