On Thursday May 8, 2025, McDonald’s Canada celebrates our 31st McHappy Day event, raising critical funds to help Ronald McDonald House Charities® across Canada make a difference for families with sick children. One in four Canadians has either been supported by RMHC or know someone who has. And the need continues to grow. Today, RMHC is unable to support 4 out of 5 families that need its services due to lack of space or no available program location. In 2022, McDonald's Canada set a goal to donate over $70 million to RMHC across Canada by 2026 to help grow the number of bedrooms for families across Canada, help RMHC serve more meals, and offer more mental health and wellbeing resources so families can focus on what matters most: caring for their sick child. Our 12 locally owned and operated McDonald's Restaurants in Prince Albert, Nipawin, Melfort, Humboldt, Warman & Saskatoon are working together to support families across Saskatchewan who stay at the Ronald McDonald House in Saskatoon, and visit the Ronald McDonald Family Room in Prince Albert. By donating to our online campaign you too will be supporting Saskatchewan families in need, and will receive a tax receipt for your contribution.
