Sofia's Personal Project

Hello everyone, In just a few days I will be returning back to school to complete my last year of high school. I have been in the International Baccalaureate (IB) program since secondary 1 and every year I had to volunteer hours of my service to the community. As part of my final year, I have to do a Personal Project of my choice and present it mid year in order to receive my IB certificate. This being said, I decided to continue giving back to my community by working with the Ronald Macdonald House of Montreal. This non profit organization welcomes families to stay in their facilities while their child undergoes medical treatment in Montreal. My goal is to raise money to purchase essentials that the families may need during their stay. I will be creating baskets to put in each room that will include products such as toiletries, pass time activities, blankets/slippers, snacks, etc. Please share this post to help me reach my goal and make this project a success.
