Whitney Turns One!

Whitney was born with rare liver disease which required life saving surgery at 19 days old. The care we received at McMaster Children's Hospital from Whitney's team of doctor's, and especially her surgeon (Dr. Walton) who saved Whitney's life, was some of the best in the world. Ronald McDonald House Hamilton was there for our family. Providing snacks/coffee daily at the Ronald McDonald Room at the Hospital, a home base and a room for us to sleep and get refreshed before heading back to the hospital for what seemed like endless days and nights. And wonderful meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) that we could take to go or eat in. We could not have survived the situation we were in without RMHC. Our little blossoming, happy, ray of sunshine miracle Whitney is turning One, and in honour of her first birthday, we would love to give back to Ronald McDonald House Charities, to help other families like they helped us. Thank-you for your love, prayers, support, kindness and generosity!
