Diane’s fundraiser for RMHC

When I was medivaced into St John’s with pregnancy issues at 33 weeks, many things were uncertain! Three days later Baby Diane was born and spent the first 25 days of her life in the NICU at the Janeway. Myself as her mom and my Mom as my support person we welcomed with open arms into the Newfoundland and Labrador Ronald McDonald house, it became our home away from home, we were given accommodations, meals and many other forms of support as while we navigated our NICU Journey, we also met many other parents and thier children while we were there! I cannot say enough good about the staff and the people at the Ronald McDonald house! Please support this amazing resource in our province so that families who live away from the Children’s hospital can have a home away from home while their child receives treatment and so that their families can stay together!
