Making Positive Change

I am in my first year of Social Service Work at St. Lawrence College which is a program that focuses on making positive change for others. As a part of one of my assignments as well as my 19th birthday coming up I have chosen to create a fundraiser for the Ronald McDonald House in Toronto. RMHC provide a home-away-from-home for families while their child is getting the care they need. I have chosen to do this fundraiser in honour of the Heffernan's as I saw the impact the RMHC had on their family. For my birthday I hope to promote the importance of family togetherness and support other families in need. My goal is to raise $200 in donations by March 1st. Thank you to everyone for your support.
