Our family has been passionate about Ronald McDonald House since our stay at the house in Edmonton back in 1999. At one day old, our daughter Allie was rushed to the University of Alberta Hospital. It was the beginning of a lengthy stay. While dealing with the everyday battles of having a sick child, it was easy to overlook the importance of having a home away from home. As the days and years go by, we look back and are most appreciative of Ronald McDonald House. We have been participating in the annual Red Shoe Crew Walk for Families, supporting the RMH in St. John's, since 2012. This will be our 14th annual walk on the North Shore of the Bay of Islands. Join us Saturday September 13th at 26 Main Street Irishtown around noon. All donations are gratefully accepted. No amount is too big or too small.
