Ensemble, nous amassons 850 $ pour Maison Ronald McDonald Maritimes.
My family benefited several times from Ronald McDonald House Charities during our stays at IWK and SickKids Hospital in Toronto, where our beloved underwent four major life-saving surgeries. I cannot even begin to express how grateful we are these places and services exist. They make such a difference in the lives of families in very difficult and stressful times. Thank you so much for helping us serve a meal to 30 families at IWK. It is one evening they do not need to buy and worry about a meal when they are already overwhelmed, scared and exhausted and just want to stay by their child’s bedside. It will let them know we care and bring them some comfort in times when they may feel their life turned upside down in an instant. A meal is much more than food. It is a gesture of love, support and solidarity.
