Our decision to raise funds for Ronald McDonald House Canada is deeply personal and rooted in an experience that changed our team forever. One of our own team members faced an incredibly challenging time when his young son required ongoing medical care far from home. During that period, their family found support, stability, and compassion at Ronald McDonald House, where they stayed for 121 days. What could have been an overwhelming and isolating experience was made more manageable because they had a place to call “home” during those long and uncertain months. They weren’t just given a room—they were given a community. Meals, emotional support, and the presence of other families going through similar journeys created a sense of comfort during a time when it was needed most. It allowed our teammate to focus on what truly mattered: being there for his son. Seeing firsthand the impact that Ronald McDonald House has on families in crisis inspired all of us. This isn’t just a cause we believe in—it’s one we’ve lived. By raising funds, we hope to give back to an organization that gave so much to someone we care about, and to ensure other families can receive the same support when they need it most.
