Kaysen’s 1st Birthday

Our little man is turning one and we are fundraising in honour of Kaysen’s birthday. The Ronald McDonald House holds a special place in our hearts and Ty and I would not have been able to get through those first few weeks without the support of this amazing place. We were able to live near the hospital to see Kaysen as much as possible, we were provided meals, and support throughout the incredibly long days and nights. We are forever thankful we did not have to worry about these necessities and was able to just focus on being in the hospital with Kaysen. Also as a support, the RMH has a room in the hospital that we were able to go to for a break and a lot of coffee, most importantly, this is where we met the most incredible network of parents who were able to to provide support and compassion and share in all the important ups and downs of the NICU. Funds raised will be donated directly to the RMH South Central (Hamilton) and will provide a celebratory meal to the house as well as provide some much needed essential items. During Covid 19, the RMH has been struggling and every donation matters and it would mean so much if you considered donating in honour of Kaysen.
